Assistant Teacher
Razzamataz Theatre School in Leeds are looking for an assistant teacher to further strengthen our teaching team due to additional classes soon to be in place.
The successful candidate will have a real passion for leading and guiding young people (aged 4-18) in our Saturday Theatre skills classes. You will ideally have a qualification in performing arts and have experience of working with young people in this field. Drama, Singing and Dance skills are absolutely necessary for this position, with a strength in DRAMA. You will need to be a committed and flexible team player who has the drive and energy to assist in a class of vibrant young performers. Our setting is in Leeds LS17 so it is essential that you live in easy commuting distance and are available every Saturday (LCC Term-Time). A current DBS would be an advantage. For the right candidate, a new DBS will be applied for.

A unique opportunity has become available at Razzamataz Theatre Schools West Cumbria for the right candidate to join the team of teachers and assistants as a Singing Teacher.
Razzamataz are looking for someone who has experience with teaching singing. Experience teaching/working with children is not necessary as full training will be provided but a natural affinity with children and a desire to work with them in a fun and creative environment is essential.
We are a theatre school providing training in dance, drama and singing in both musical theatre and commercial styles to children aged 2-18 years. We aim to develop a child’s confidence whilst they learn new skills, make new friends and have fun in a safe and secure environment. Our school runs from 9:00am -1.30pm on a Saturday, hours will be within these times and consist of 3 hours in total with the possibility of extra hours at various times in the year.
The job role includes, but is not limited to:
-Working as part of a team committed to providing high quality performing arts training
-Taking responsibility for all your classes performance numbers
-Preparing/following weekly and termly lesson plans
-Preparing students for termly presentations
-Good organisation skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A natural affinity with children
-A passion for the Singing
Classes are held at Summergrove Halls, Hensingham, Whitehaven, CA25 5QY on Saturdays during term time. We are looking for the successful candidate to start in February 2019.

We are currently seeking bubbly, friendly and experienced teaching assistants to support our students aged between 4 -5 in our Razz Minis classes.
Are you creative and inspirational? Can you support our teachers in delivering a varied, exciting yet stretching curriculum across musical theatre and commercial styles?
We are looking for assistants who are able to use their knowledge, skills and expertise to inspire and help train our students and build on the technical knowledge they have already achieved. This position could offer extra hours to the right person in delivering school workshops, parties and assisting at other local events.
We run classes in Ballymena, Antrim, Magherafelt and Randalstown
Starting Hours are 3:45pm-5:30pm Tuesday-Friday term time
Position starts 6th November however there is the opportunity for extra hours attending PR events across NI in September and October.
