We are open and we will support you

We are delighted to say that 100% of our theatre schools are now re-open, so children can get back to doing what they love. On average, we have between 70%-90% student return rate, demonstrating that our communication and support of our customers during lockdown has been reciprocated with their customer loyalty. Thank you, it means the world.

Razzamataz Maidstone

“Just a huge thank you for making the process so smooth and reassuring for our daughter. The video you shared was brilliant and really put Lily, and us, at ease and aware of what we should be doing. The entire Razz family made sure the experience was a positive one and I know that our daughter was incredibly excited to be back and felt safe, reassured and happy for the entire time she was there. Thank you all so much,” Kelly, Razzamataz Senior Parent.

“Razzamataz is my everything, it is literally my oxygen and I have no idea where I would be without it. It’s my biggest passion and I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. I’m so glad to be back at Razzamataz, online classes were amazing, however to see everybody back in the flesh and in our element is amazing,” Libbi, Razzamataz Senior student.

“We absolutely love Razz as a family, the team at Razzamataz Maidstone are incredible; they’re so inspiring and they teach the children so much. There is so much to learn and the professionalism of the productions that they put on is just incredible. We are so grateful that the kids are able to go back to classes, it’s just made everything so much more enjoyable, thank you,” Nikki, Razzamataz Junior and Senior Parent.

“The video you shared was fantastic and really put all of us at ease. I was particularly impressed with how it addressed parent concerns and then showed the children what would happen and what the changes were,” Parent.

“I just want to let you know how impressed I’ve been with the way you have dealt with this and the confidence it has given me in the way you are keeping the children safe at Razzamataz. Your communication throughout has been exceptional and your creativity and generosity during lockdown was incredible. I just wanted to say how impressed  I’ve been. There’s huge organisations with marketing departments and creative departments and massively paid CEO’s who haven’t got it right like you have,” Becky, Junior mum.

Community feedback

Razzamataz has always been so proud of our involvement in our local communities. Thank you to the venues and all the local support that we have received.

Razzamataz Bognor

“Firstly I was very impressed at how brilliantly the Razzamataz team and their pupils were coping with the challenges of the new guidelines put in place, to make the school Covid safe, during this difficult time we find ourselves in. The obvious enthusiasm of the young people in the three groups that I visited was infectious! I’m very sad for them that they might not actually be able to perform live on stage, but I’m sure they will produce a fantastic virtual show and will be back on that stage, where they belong, very soon,” the Mayor of Bognor Regis, Cllr Phil Woodall.
