1. Payments and fees
1.1. Fees must be paid before classes commence on either a monthly or termly basis.
1.2 Standing Orders: One month’s fees deposit is required to use the standing order option. Any refunds of deposits are calculated on leaving. An annual admin fee of £12 will be added.
1.3 3% charge will be made on all credit card purchases.
1.4 Post dated cheques will incur a £1 fee per cheque.
1.5 A non-refundable 20% deposit of the termly fee must be paid from one term to the next to secure a child’s place.
1.6 Fees are reviewed annually.

2. Leaving
2.1 If a student leaves before the end of a term no refunds will be given.
2.2 The Principal of the school must be notified in writing if a student wishes to leave Razzamataz Theatre Schools. A minimum 6 weeks’ notice is required.

3. Clothing
3.1. Uniforms and dance shoes are available from Razzamataz. If you order any merchandise in the wrong size postage and packaging for the return of the item will be payable.
3.2. No jewellery or accessories to be worn to Razzamataz for safety reasons.
3.3. Uniform must be worn at every session (compulsory item – round neck t shirt).
3.4. Any student wishing to take part in our performances may be required to purchase costumes or basic props. Any costumes ordered will be by the measurements you provide and will be non-returnable. If costumes are provided a small cleaning charge may be incurred.

4. Classes and performances
4.1. Razzamataz Theatre Schools aim to provide the very best training in performing arts. We will implement fun and discipline to do this. If we feel that any student is being disruptive on a regular basis we will issue a verbal warning. If this continues, a written warning will follow, then exclusion from the school.
4.2. We reserve the right to exclude students from lessons at our discretion without refunding fees.
4.3. Promotional pictures and footage will be taken during certain classes; we will require a written request if you do not wish for your child to take part.
4.4. Our annual performance may be recorded professionally. Personal cameras and recording equipment are not permitted.
4.5. Any student found using a mobile phone during class time will receive a written warning. The phone will be confiscated and returned at the end of the session.
4.6. We advise that your child does not bring any valuables (i.e. phones, jewellery etc) with them to Razzamataz. Razzamataz do not accept any liability for lost or damaged belongings.
4.7. ALL students 16 years & under must be signed IN and OUT; all children will be registered at every lesson and at the end of the session. No child will be allowed to leave unless signed out. Written permission must be given if you wish your child to sign themselves in and out. Our responsibility ends when the session ends.
4.8. If you are going to be late to pick your child up you must make contact with the Principal to inform us. Late charges will apply.
4.9. Any student entering any TV talent competitions or such like must inform their Principal and request the use of the Razzamataz Theatre Schools name.
5.0 If a session has to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions out of our control, no refunds will be given.

6. Data Protection

6.1 Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Razzamataz Theatre Schools will use the information in the provision of our activities . It will also be used to support Razzamataz Theatre Schools marketing activities.
