Franchise theatre school joins forces with Teen Titans GO! to the Movies.

The Dragons’ Den backed theatre school franchise Razzamataz is collaborating with Warner Bros. Pictures’ new release Teen Titans GO! to the Movies to celebrate this exciting feel-good summer release. Teen Titans GO! to the Movies is out in UK cinemas August 3.

Children attending the Razzamataz Summer Schools, will enjoy learning moves to a song from the film’s soundtrack called “GO! (REMIX)” by Lil Yachty. Each day, the children can enjoy dancing to this exciting song during their morning warm up routine, which will be especially exciting for any little ones who plan to go to the cinema during the summer holidays. The film’s storyline is one that the talented performers can relate to; Robin wants to star in his own Hollywood film, but does he have what it takes and will it all go to plan? The theme is a perfect fit for Razzamataz with many students across the UK enjoying professional work on stage and screen.

When the Teen Titans go to the big screen, they go big!  “Teen Titans GO! to the Movies” finds our egocentric, wildly satirical Super Heroes in their first feature film extravaganza—a fresh, gleefully clever, kid-appropriately crass and tongue-in-cheek play on the superhero genre, complete with musical numbers.

It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies—everyone but the Teen Titans, that is!  But de facto leader Robin is determined to remedy the situation, and be seen as a star instead of a sidekick.  If only they could get the hottest Hollywood film director to notice them.  With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream.  But when the group is radically misdirected by a seriously Super-Villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry.  The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!

There are almost 50 Razzamataz schools up and down the country and there are a range of summer schools taking place for youngsters between the ages of 4 to 16. During the week, children and their teachers will work on various songs, dances and drama pieces, together with learning about theatre skills in general. Being given the chance to perform is paramount to building a child’s confidence which is why on the last day, the children will all get the opportunity to perform their showcase to friends and family.

New Razzamataz Principals have just completed their training at the company’s Head Office to open new schools in September. To keep up with demand, Razzamataz is now holding termly training as more theatre schools launch in the UK and Ireland.

Being part of a franchise has enabled many people to launch their own successful theatre schools even if they have not got any business background or contacts in the performing arts industry. Razzamataz Principals include teachers, stay at home parents, young graduates and retired performers. As a national brand, Razzamataz regularly works with household names in the entertainment industries.

To find out if franchising is the right option, the Head Office run Discovery Den days across the UK where potential franchisees get a chance to meet the team, find out more about franchising in general and discover what it is like to run a part-time theatre school with a successful brand behind them.
