With a passion for inspiring young performers, Amanda has been part of Razzamataz for almost 20 years. She became Principal of Razzamataz Glasgow North in 2013 and took over Razzamataz Glasgow South in July 2026. Trained at Hamilton Theatre Arts with a Diploma in Musical Theatre, Amanda is dedicated to helping children and young people grow in confidence, creativity and self-belief. Alongside Razzamataz, Amanda is a Wellness and Mindset Coach, helping young people develop confidence, resilience and a positive mindset, while supporting her team to achieve the same. She has also worked with The Prince’s Trust on personal development programmes and is a certified wellbeing coach with autism awareness training. Amanda believes in celebrating individuality and helping every young person become the best version of themselves, both on and off the stage. Her motto is: “Comparison is the thief of joy – embrace being the best version of you.” Olivia’s Razzamataz journey began as a student in 2008, and after leaving in 2020, she went on to study Performance at the University of the West of Scotland, graduating with First Class Honours. She then completed a Postgraduate Degree in Primary Education and is now a qualified Primary School Teacher. With over five years’ experience teaching musical theatre, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge across drama, dance and singing. She is passionate about creating a fun, supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to be themselves. Seeing children thrive, grow in confidence and discover their own potential is what Olivia loves most about teaching, and she is delighted to continue her Razzamataz journey as Acting Principal and Drama Teacher.
