Razzamataz continues to invest heavily in expert business coaching that franchisees can access completely free of charge. This includes Action Coach mentoring led by coach Pauline Wright, who has 21 years’ experience in the sector.

Franchisees will be able to spend the time focusing on their business, rather than working in their business and identify the areas in which they are lacking and need further support.

Forbes Coaches Council Member and Business Coach Adam Stott is working with MD and Founder Denise Hutton-Gosney to expand the network as well as giving her more skills to mentor existing franchisees.

Razzamataz review

The investment in the Head Office team has one main goal; to ensure the experience for the thousands of students that attend Razzamataz classes are the best it can be.

“Denise, Charlotte, the Head Office team and all the franchisees across the network are some of the most enthusiastic and committed people I have encountered,” says David Bootham, Razzamataz graphic designer. “They have unified a purpose; to provide the best quality performing arts tuition to their students. I would say they are driven by this above all else and I am very pleased to be able to help them in this.”

Growth of the Franchise Advisory Council

Alongside the growth in team members, Razzamataz Head Office is delighted to welcome three new members to the Franchise Advisory Council. Michaela Crumpton, franchisee Razzamataz Bristol North and South, Charlotte Olivares, franchisee Razzamataz Maidstone and Asha Richardson, franchisee Razzamataz South Lakes will be joining to help shape the future of the franchise.

“We are delighted to be welcoming all the new team to Razzamataz and implementing our ambitious growth plans,” says MD and Founder of Razzamataz Denise Hutton-Gosney. “We pride ourselves on the support and training we give to all of our franchisees. This will help them to continue to see their potential and make the most of every opportunity.”
