At Razzamataz, we believe that investing in our people is the key to achieving the very best outcomes for our entire network. That’s why our Head Office team and wider support team are together today in Birmingham for a focused and productive Strategy Day, designed to align our goals, share ideas, and shape the future of our brand, on what is our biggest year yet as we celebrate 25 years of Razzamataz.
With so much happening, from students set to perform at Disneyland Paris to Principals meeting at the Eiffel Tower to mark a quarter century, and our international launch into Ireland and expansion into Dubai, and the UAE, these strategic meetings are more important than ever.
Strategy Days like this allow us to step out of the day-to-day and refocus on our mission: To transform lives through performing arts education and create entrepreneurial opportunities for all, especially young people who may not follow the traditional university route.
As we look ahead, we’re proud to be putting the finishing touches on an incredible new initiative that offers one person in both the UK and UAE the chance to win a free Razzamataz franchise, with cash grants to support the initial set-up and running costs.
We are hugely thankful to our team for getting up at the crack of dawn and travelling from all over the UK to meet today. The conversations we are having around the table are about changing lives, creating careers, and expanding the reach of our creative, values-led community.
