Children's University

Razzamataz has signed up to the Children's University (CU) Trust offering 7 to 14 year olds (and 5 to 6 year olds with their families) exciting and innovative learning activities and experiences outside school hours. Children that attend Razzamataz use Passports To Learning in which they record the number of hours of completed CU validated learning activities. Children are encouraged to progress through the national certification scheme, based on the number of hours of attendance throughout their involvement with the Children's University. Theatre and performing arts is one of a range of validated learning activities in which children can participate in order to gain awards from the Children’s University. Bronze, silver and gold certificates are awarded at CU Undergraduate, CU Postgraduate and CU Doctorate levels. Upon completion, certificates are presented at a graduation ceremony, so children can be really proud of their achievement.

The Stage

Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been working with The Stage newspaper since 2010 to offer prestigious scholarships to students. Razzamataz was selected as the first part-time stage school to work with The Stage and all schools across the UK are invited to take part.
The Stage is a very respected national newspaper for the performing arts industry and this is an enormous benefit for a youngster to be able to say that they were awarded a Razzamataz scholarship in association with The Stage. The scholarships have been created to give more children the opportunity to participate in the performing arts and are part of Razzamataz’s dedication to make performance training accessible to young people all over the country. Contact your local school for more information.
