We can also boast that our Head of Franchisee Recruitment is one of the UK’s most sought after and experienced franchise consultants Suzie McCafferty.

Denise Hutton-Gosney

Managing Director and Founder

Denise has built her franchise network of almost 50 schools since 2000 and is delighted to remain in the top five most memorable entrepreneurs on BBC’s Dragons’ Den. Denise has two young children Callum and Lewis, and is very passionate about improving young people's self-esteem and confidence via performing arts.

Suzie McCafferty

Head of Franchisee Recruitment and Franchise Support

Suzie is the current Chairperson for the Scottish Franchise forum, part of the BFA, a Chamber of Commerce Business Mentor and was one of few franchisors to franchise their brands internationally having built her own retail franchise network of around 70 franchisees in six countries over a seven year period. Suzie then went on to manage a £30m turnover corporate Franchisor, with three unique professional services franchise brands for a period of three years. Suzie’s main role at Razzamataz is recruiting our excellent franchisees and assisting with the development of our franchise opportunities.
Suzie also works with our franchise network on support and development and implementing our many incentive schemes.

Karen Keeman

Public Relations Advisor and Franchisee support

Karen and Denise met more than 20 years ago as dancers. While Denise was building the Razzamataz schools, Karen retrained as a journalist and worked for national newspapers such as The Mail on Sunday, The Independent and many magazines. Latterly Karen diversified into PR and now with her role at Razzamataz, she is able to combine her knowledge as a performer and a media expert to help raise the profile of Razzamataz for both Head Office and the regional schools. Razzamataz has featured in national newspapers such as The Guardian, The Daily Mail and The Scotsman as well as lots of magazines and regional press.
Karen supports our franchise network specifically on PR & Marketing and carries out launches and quality control site visits.

Helen Green

Head Office Support Team

Helen has been a core member of our support team for a number of years now, initially based in our Head Office before moving to launch one of our flagship schools - Razzamataz Sheffield; her previous key responsibilities included managing our First Choice contract and Head Office schools as well as developing Razz Tots and Razz Parties; however her current main tasks include the production of our bi-annual Razzamataz Gala Performance in London’s West End, as well as delivering training and support to franchisees and managing key projects to aid business growth. Helen trained at Cumbria Institute of the Arts where she received a First Class Degree in Musical Theatre and Drama.

Hayley Limpkin

Head Office Support Team

Hayley’s key role in our Head Office Support Team is delivering training through our online webinars. Whilst dancing professionally for five years, Hayley studied for her Master’s in Business, this helped her to secure a position with a global blue chip marketing company providing cutting edge sales solutions including national events and customer care lines to help deliver client brands to their customers. Hayley is our Principal at Razzamataz Medway, a flagship school.

Debbie Mitchell

Overseas Recruitment and Support Manager

Debbie trained at one of Scotland's most prestigious stage schools, the Glasgow Academy of Musical Theatre Arts (GAMTA) where she was awarded the coveted title of 'Student of The Year' and gained her associate teaching award with the British Association of Teachers of Dance (BATD.) Debbie went onto continue her training at Motherwell College, the first European Voice Training System Educational Affiliate. Debbie originally taught for Razzamataz abroad as part of our First Choice contract, now she has a number of key responsibilities in our Head Office including managing our Eurocamp summer season contract which sees her recruiting, managing and mentoring our resort teachers as well as developing our partnership with Disneyland Paris. Debbie is also the Principal of Razzamataz Carlisle.

Charlotte Young

Creative Director and Franchise Support

Charlotte has been with Razzamataz for over a decade and previously trained at Brian Rogers College “Performers”. During her Performing career Charlotte's 'highlights' include performing on the Brian Conley Show, Barbara Windsors Hall of Fame on ITV, performing at the “Ria Stadium” in Amsterdam as a dancer for Lionel Ritchie, traveling to Beijing to perform for the 2008 Olympic Bid. Among her many qualifications Charlotte holds an ADPA Level 4 Teaching Qualification after successfully passing the WORLDS first accredited street dance teacher training course with Urban Strides in 2011. Charlotte is our Artistic Director and supports us in particular with 'authentic' street dance, lesson planning, social media and support in general.
Charlotte works with our franchise network on support and development specifically with social media, Charlotte also carries out launch and quality control visits.

Megan Fawkes

Head Office Administrator

Megan has a NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration and achieved this whilst working in the Accounts Department at System Training Ltd. Megan has also worked for Cumbria County Council in the Accounts Department and is now Razzamataz’ Head Office Administrator. Megan’s main roles are responding to general enquiries, Razz Bulletin, Audits, Legal Documentation and Razources as well as general support for the network.

Karen Spedding


Before joining the Razzamataz team in 2012 Karen previously had been living and working in the Midlands area for almost 15 years, whilst there she gained her qualification in the Association of Accounting Technicians. Karen gained her bookkeeping experience working in the hotel industry for many years as a Financial Controller within the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. Karen’s key responsibilities include company invoicing, credit control, management accounts, payroll and overseeing our franchisee management fees.
